Organization Development Before its official christening in mid 2007, Puma Reaction was a founding team of Puma Division for the Hellcats Paintball Organization known as Pumas Alpha Squad under Hellcat Command Administrator’s development leadership of Tony Conesa and executive order of Hellcat Command Administrator Eric Gonzales. At the time of Alpha Squad’s inception into the organization, its first ranking Captain was Brandon DeVeny and first ranking Assistant Captain was Ricky Urcadez. The first recorded Team Senior for Alpha Squad was Joel Eaton and currently is Kyle Norris.
Why is it called Puma Reaction not just Reaction? In the Hellcats Paintball Organization, there are many Competitive Teams, Puma indicates the Team’s region being Tucson Arizona and is a part of its official name designator.
How do I join Puma Reaction? Hellcats Paintball Organization has an “Open Door Recruiting Policy” meaning that we are always taking in applicants for our Competitive Teams. Unfortunately, Puma Reaction does not directly recruit players. All members of Puma Reaction first enter the Organization and are placed in a training/evaluation group known as Bravo. Once evaluated the player is placed on one of many Hellcat Paintball Organization teams according to their age, ability and team needs at that time. Players can request to be transferred to specific teams with a Team Leadership request and Hellcat Command Administration approval. All members must pass a “Basic Player Certification” before being allowed to be placed on a Competitive Team. The Organization keeps a strict recruiting policy to ensure that the team benefits from players genuinely interested in the sport and gives an assurance to the existing team members that the new player meets standard qualifications. Any new member not eligible for team placement at that time is welcome to continue to attend practices with the organization to improve skills until they can be placed on a team or a position opens up.
