Through flames and trial, we strive to preserve and guide this organization into the unknown, firm in our resolve to achieve our ultimate objectives. We are the fire that lights destiny’s path; those who follow are our mission and hope. To maintain unity, order and the mission at hand is our commission. Command Administrators


 

Executive Force Commander (Executive Manager in Chief of Organization)

-Overseas general operations of organization and maintains policy and order in forms of

executive decisions.

Lt. Force Commander (Second in Command of Organization)

-Is present when or where EFC cannot be. Works closely with EFC and has limited powers of

same.

Communications Operations Commander

-Overseas and manages general communications of organization.

        Brigade Operations Commander (Coach / Commander each team / section)

        -Overseas and manages team level operations


 

Pre-Command Commissions

Lt. Brigade Operations Commander (subordinate to their BOC)

-Assistant to the Brigade Operations Commander, second in command of their team / section.

Forward Operations Captain (Team Field Captain)

-Is the on-field tactical leader of their team / section. Is also an informant and playing specialist.

 Is third in command of their team / section.

Communications Operations Manager (subordinate to their BOC)

-Is the communications specialist assigned and responsible for the communications of their section / team.

Command Operations Recorder (subordinate to their BOC)

 -Records weekly activity of all official operations, orders and actions of their section. Relays information back to HCA

 


 

During the section’s initial development an “Executive Force Commander” can oversee until members of that section are mature enough to be moved into leadership positions. This period is to last a maximum of 6 months. The HCA is responsible for making all decisions pertaining to where and when events / meetings / operations or training will be held, rank promotions, demotions, recruiting, allocating spending measures, advertising, resolving internal issues, a liaison to external organizations, developing new Hellcat policies & rules, upholding Omega Directive, upholding Alpha Protocol and making sure everyone is represented equally.


 


 

Requirements to enter the HCA. Applies to all HCA applicants besides “Founding Members”.


 

*Founding Member - During the initial beginning of a section / team it is imperative to appoint command

             personal. Only at this time can members enter the HCA without meeting the requirements. 

             Once the team is established and the first tier of HCA has already been instated, the

             chain of command is to be followed in rank progression and no other members will be

             allowed to enter an HCA position without due process of requirements. Founding Member

             HCA personnel must display acts of sacrifice and commitment to maintain their status once

             initial setup has passed.


 

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age, preferred 21 years of age.

Must be a citizen of the United States of America.

Must have 2 years prior membership in the Hellcats Paintball organization or 6 months in a Pre-Command Commission in same section squad.

Must have 1 written recommendation from a Hellcat Command Administrator.

Must have 1 written recommendation from a previous or current employer in areas of leadership qualities. Prior military service satisfies this requirement.

Must be financial stable or in good credit standing.

Must not be a convicted felon, registered sex offender, illegal immigrant, fugitive, or scientologist.

Must have access to internet and stay active on forums.

Must have functional vehicle.

Must have appropriate playing gear as required by section / team.

Must display and execute ethical judgment.

Good skills in areas of both verbal and written communication


 

Requirements for Pre-Command Commissions

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age, 15 for Junior Team

Must be a citizen of the United States of America

Must have 3 months prior membership in the Hellcats Paintball organization

Must have 1 written recommendation from a Hellcat Command Administrator

Must not be a convicted felon, registered sex offender, illegal immigrant or fugitive of the law.

Must have access to internet and stay active on forums.

Must have appropriate playing gear as required by section / team
